NIVS.mu — Delete account
Request deletion of your NIVS.mu customer account and associated personal data. You can also use Profile → Delete account inside the app.
Enter the email associated with your account. We must verify ownership before deleting data. Submitting this form does not immediately delete your account or cancel active orders.
Open orders, refunds and wallet balances must be resolved. Records required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes may be retained as described in our privacy policy. We will confirm completion after processing.
